Rosie Huntington-Whiteley launches new lingerie collection for M&S

article-0-17028C0B000005DC-461_964x643With Christmas just out-of-the-way, most of us are bemoaning the fact we have put on a few pounds, and are desperately trying new diets and exercise regimes in an effort to get back to our pre-festive figures. Not so Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who looks super toned and trim today as she launches a brand new lingerie collection for Marks & Spencer in their Autograph Spring range.

In the campaign, the 25-year-old can be seen modelling in soft focus, a selection from the range, which includes a scalloped bra and knickers set, a long silk slip, a kimono wrap and a gorgeous chemise.

And Rosie is said to have helped design the exclusive pieces and drawn inspiration from her own extensive collection of vintage lingerie, using luxury fabrics to create pieces that ‘exude feminine glamour’ and ‘feel exquisite to wear’.

Rosie worked with the Head of Design for lingerie at M&S, Soozie Jenkinson, and her collection is designed to be a bit of ‘everyday luxury’ which will also – of course – will make a beautiful gift for Valentine’s Day.

Rosie’s signature silk pad bra, kimono wrap and chemise set have all been reworked in gorgeous new colours and prints, with the hand-painted floral design inspired by original Art Nouveau rose motifs.

Rosie says: “As this collection is launching so close to Valentine’s Day, it was more important than ever to make sure that all the new colours complemented all skintones. We decided upon a gorgeous palette of blush pinks and warm neutrals which every women will love to wear.”

And the collection sees some new nightwear pieces that will also launch for Spring – the flirty babydoll, the delicate silk nightdress with a glamorous floor-sweeping hemline and intricate lace trim and the chiffon wrap, the perfect boudoir style cover-up for bedroom.

Prices range from £12.50 for a silk knicker through to £22.50 for the silk pad bra and £59.00 for the silk kimono wrap.

Back sizes for bras range from 30-40, cup sizes range from A-E with selected styles available in G.

Knickers available in sizes 6-20 and nightwear is available in sizes 8-22, and all items including silk pieces are all fully machine washable.
