A new pill that mops up fat molecules is now on the market and available over the counter. The £2 diet pill from XLS Medical, called the ‘Fat Binder’, is so good that it enables people to lose two dress sizes in only three months. The way it works is that it binds up to 27% of dietary fats in the stomach by absorbing the fat molecules to form a fat-fibre complex.
This ensures optimum fat binding in the first phase and, in the second phase, fat-soluble vitamins are released into the body to ensure optimum vitamin absorption. The message from XLS Medical is: eat better, move a bit more, and thanks to the help of XLS-Medical, you will lose weight faster. The diet pill contains a unique substance based on vegetable fibres and enriched with the fatsoluble vitamins A, D and E. In trials, slimmers have shown that by taking the pill three times a day after meals and by adhering to a healthy eating plan, they have managed to lose three times as much more weight than dieting alone.
And the diet pill seems to reduce the appetite and food cravings as well. In a clinical study last October, that was presented to the 29th Scientific Meeting of the Obesity Society, it was shown that people who partook of the diet pill reduced their calorie intake by upto 500. Those in the study who were taking two pills three times a day after meals were found to lose, on average, almost three pounds for every one lost by those not taking the pill.
Average weight loss whilst taking the pills after 12 weeks was 8.4lbs compared to 3.1lbs in the group not taking the pills. And it seems that celebrities are already happy to endorse it, with Mica Paris speaking out in its favour. She commented that “I can’t believe how well it’s worked. Like most women my age, I often found it difficult to lose that last bit of weight but XLS Medical gives me a helping hand. I always make sure I keep my XLS in my purse along with all my other essentials.” The singer managed to drop two dress sizes on the new diet pill from a size 16 down to a 12 in only three months.
If a person is consuming 2000 calories a day, by taking the regular dose of the XLS Medical pill, they will be able to absorb 164.4 calories as the pills can bind upto 27.4% fat. Over time, this amounts to a huge amount and as most people who are suffering from obesity need a helping hand and encouragement to assist them in their battle to lose weight, this is surely a benefit to them. A spokeswoman for the company said, “XLS Medical is not another fad diet or miracle pill. When used in conjunction with sensible eating and keeping active, it has been clinically proven to help overweight individuals lose three times more weight than dieting alone. We genuinely believe that it is a realistic programme and will help many people reach their 2012 weight loss goals.”
