Let’s Go Glamping!

You get to a certain age and the things that you loved doing when you were younger now seem to be a bit of a chore. I’m talking about camping holidays. When we were younger the thought of spending a few nights outdoors and cooking our own food on a campfire was the stuff of childhood dreams. Now if you mention camping to me, I think of lumpy sleeping bags, cold nights and dodgy tents.

But what if there was a compromise? Something that would still keep the feel of an outdoor holiday, but offered a certain style of luxury as well? Welcome to glamping! Whether you fancy camping in a log cabin, a yurt, a log cabin or a wooden wigwam, glamping takes the pain and hardship out of camping,, but still allows you to experience nature at it’s best.

We’ve chosen four special glamping holidays, in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, and all featuring different styles of glamping. See what is out there!
