Well, did we all think it or or did we not? Today, reports have emerged that Khloe Kardashian may not actually be a proper Kardashian! To be honest, you only have to look at pictures of the sisters standing next to each other to form an opinion of your own. Two of them have almond eyes, jet black straight hair and are slight in frame, around 5ft 4”? Whilst Khloe always stands over them, her hair is lighter and curly and her frame is almost twice theirs. In fact, she looks nothing like them. So really it was only a matter of time before something akin to this report came out. But who to believe? In an interview given by Khloe’s stepmum, Jan Ashley, to Star Magazine, Jan told them that Rob Kardashian, who fathered the other siblings was not Khloe’s dad. Jan said that her late husband had told her that Khloe was not his daughter. “Khloe is not his kid. He told me that after we got married.” Jan married Rob after he got divorced from Kris but interestingly enough, she is not the only one who believes that this is the case. Another one of Rob’s wives, Ellen Pierson, who married him in 2003, two months before he died after Jan, also confirmed the controversial story saying that Khloe “looked nothing like the rest. She was tall, had a different shape, light hair, curly hair.”
In her response, Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter and completely refuted the claims that she is actually not a Kardashian, but fathered by a different man. The 27 yearold reality star commented about the claims that they were ‘really low’ and ‘The audacity you have to mention my fathers name like this! Should be ashamed of urself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low YOU ARE DISGUSTING! (yes you know who YOU are).’ So far Kim and Kourtney, her sisters, have not made any comments. In the interview, Jan says that Rob told her, “He just kind of looked at me and said [it] like it was a matter of fact. He said “Well, you know that Khloe’s not really a Kardashian, don’t you?” ‘And I said… “OK” and that was it.’ And Ellen also claims that Khloe knew all along and questioned it herself, as she was nothing like the rest and did not look anything like the other children. “Khloe brought it up all the time. She looked nothing like the rest. She was tall, had a different shape, light hair, curly hair. Didn’t look anything like the other three children.” Commenting further, Ellen said that Rob had previously told her that he and Kris were not even sleeping with each other at the time of conception but he would never consider having a DNA test. “He loved her very much. Robert did question the fact that Khloe was his,” Ellen said. “Any normal man would if they knew their wife had cheated on him.” So could the claims be true? Kris has admitted to having an affair during her marriage to Rob in her book – ‘And All Things Kardashian’.
Kris remarried Olympian Bruce Jenner in 1991 and is now Khloe’s step father. Khloe posted on her blog in June 2010, “Father’s Day is two days away, so in preparation I wanted to post this photo album (mostly old school pics) dedicated to my dad and to Bruce. I was seriously the luckiest girl in the world growing up because I had two amazing dads who not only loved us kids more than anything, but adored each other as well. My dad and Bruce were always really close — Kendall and Kylie even called my dad Uncle Robert which I loved. Father’s Day is always a bittersweet holiday for me because I of course miss my dad, but it also reminds me of how truly blessed I am to have had two incredible fathers.” Meanwhile Kris has stepped to refute the rumours saying, “So stupid. All so silly. Just another day!!!” And the Kardashian publicist Jill Fritzo commented, “It’s not true. This is absolutely ridiculous and not true. Of course, Khloé is Robert’s daughter.” Hmm.
