Small bathroom? Organize it right
What is the first thing you do, when you get up in the morning? You go to the bathroom. We all know how important a good and organized bathroom is. A well-organized bathroom plays a very important role in making our life better and successful. I know, it sounds totally out of the box, but it is true. We start our day by getting ready in the bathroom, wherever we get ready, we get ready in the bathroom and go out, bathroom is the place to freshen up. How will you feel if the bathroom is totally dirty and untidy?
Will you ever feel fresh, in that bathroom? Will you ever feel like bathed after coming out of that dirty little room? I guess not. Our day starts with getting ready in the bathroom, say for school, college, office or for some nice relaxed weekend. Who will want to get ready in dirty and untidy four walls? If your bathroom is a mess, it will be very difficult for you to find the stuff you need as well. So the key to kick-start your day is a well-organized bathroom.
A clean and well-organized bathroom is not just good to be in but it is pretty to look at as well. When your bathroom is clean and organized you would rather like to step in it, then make faces every morning for going into the bathroom.
When thinking about organizing your bathroom, you should first start with getting rid of all the old useless stuff. Lesser the things better the upkeep. It is the biggest step you will take towards organizing your bathroom.
If you have a small bathroom, then it needs better organization. If you have a small bathroom and many people use it then the best idea is to allot a cabinet to each member. This way you can kill the confusion plus the bathroom will look better organized. Counters and vanities are blessing for any small bathroom. Continue minimizing on the old, useless stuff and arrange your day-to-day stuff effectively.
Use a shower caddies – the hand from the shower head. They are very useful for keeping your stuff.
A tension rod is must in the bathroom. You can have it right next to your shower curtain. It is very useful, as you can just not hang towel on it, it can also be used to hang mesh bags to store some items in them. You can buy a double or triple pocket mesh bag as it will save space and will give you more storage. Every bathroom has at least enough space to install few shelves. Install few shelves on empty walls, you can install it right above the toilet, as that space is most unused. It will make things handy and convenient for you. You can also install some shelves in front of the bathroom mirror as it will be convenient for you to keep the everyday usage things.
You can install shelves at the corner to keep towels. Getting hooks either on the back of the bathroom door or at the back wall of the bathroom will be very helpful. It can be used to hang you bathrobes. It will make them convenient any east to use.
Install over head cabinets to keep shampoos, toothpaste, brushes, shavers, shaving creams and other important stuff that comes in everyday use.
Installing a medical cabinet right above the toilet is also a good idea. This way you can save time and energy in trying to find the medical kit when someone is hurt.
Installing gorgeous looking cabinets and shelves is the way to go. Install proper cabinets and shelves, it will make your life easier than before. You will find beautiful cabinets and shelves in the market so get the ones which go with your bathroom color and theme. This way you will be set for a good and organized bathroom. Organizing bathroom once is not the final task. They key is to keep it organized from time to time. Doing it once doesn’t help on the longer run. Good habits must be done consistently. Proper maintenance will help you to keep a good organized bathroom but if you fail to do so, you will be back to where you started. No matter what the size of the bathroom, try to keep it fresh, clean and organized. And, that’s the way to kick-start you day.
