Gap launches cute Beatrix Potter range for babies

New mums who want to show off their adorable babies will be happy to know that babyGap have launched their cutest range ever, and it’s based on Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit stories.

The collection of clothes, which start from newborns and go up to a size 18-24 months, include gorgeous babygros, soft knitted cardigans, cute rabbit hats and colour bright jeans. And they are all adorned with the iconic motifs of Peter Rabbit.

The Tales of Peter Rabbit were published first in 1902, but the stories have endured throughout the decades. The stories are beloved by children and parents all over the world.

So to celebrate this much loved book, babyGap have decided to launch this limited edition baby range, all inspired by the famous author and her captivating tales.

The collection includes the cute Rabbit Whiskers Sweater (£14.95) and Quilted Barn Jacket (£27.95) which are available for both girls and boys. Then for the great outdoors you have Peter’s Jacket (£16.95), a navy chunky knit cardigan and one-pieces in chambray and plaid (£16.95).

There are gorgeous dresses for girls (£17.95) and for newborns, bodysuits adorned with various Peter Rabbit illustrations are sold separately or as sets (£8.95-£27.95).

You can also buy the books at babyGap and to celebrate the 110th anniversary of its publication in 2012, actress Emma Thompson wrote a sequel, The Further Tale of Peter Rabbit, which provided additional inspiration for the babyGap collection.
