Which Browser Should You Choose?
We all need to use a web browser and if you are using the same old one that came configured with your PC, you may be tempted to leave it as it is. However, it could be that you are missing out on some great features, processing speeds and add ons, so it is worth having a look to see what the others have going for them. Here we look at the top three browsers and see how they compare in terms of speed, security and extra features.
Firefox is now faster than it’s ever been and this is because they have made several changes in order to reduce the amount of time it takes for Web pages to load. What happens now is that when restoring a previous browsing session, Firefox now loads tabs one at a time as you select them, so you don’t have to wait for tabs that you haven’t activated yet to load. And they have installed some nifty new technology which enables some of the most popular sites — like Google and Twitter — to load faster. This new technology also helps to make you more secure on the Web. When you browse, you leave a trail of data that potentially contains all sorts of personal information. Firefox have built in features to protect this information. One more thing, Mozilla, the maker of Firefox, is a not-for-profit organization with the goal of making the Web better for everyone. Firefox say they just want you to have the best possible experience online, which includes keeping you and your personal information safe and private.
