The Voice – Christina Milian Launches Bright new Swimwear Range
Single mother Christina Milian put her recent heartbreak behind her, as she launched a fabulous beach party in the sun to promote a new range of swimwear. The TV presenter showed off her stunning figure, along with some model chums, all dressed in her new bikini collection, and they sure looked like they were enjoying the sunshine!
The mom to daughter Violet, works as a social media correspondent to the hugely popular US TV programme The Voice, which also features our very own Sharon Osborne. Christina has had to deal with the public break up of her relationship with singer and producer The-Dream, who’s real name is Terius Nash. She found out that he had cheated on her with his assistant.
Speaking frankly in a recent interview on Houston’s 97.9 The Box, she told listeners about her sadness of the fact that her ex does not have much of a relationship with their daughter. Christina said, “I’m not happy at the moment, but I have come to the realisation that I have to be 200per cent mum for her and it’s not about finances, it’s about spending time.”
She added of The-Dream, who consequently also has three children with the singer Nivea. “We live in different cities, he’s in Atlanta and I’m in LA. There are planes and plenty of money for airplanes so… I’m not one of those who withhold their children from their baby daddy. Don’t do that.”
But judging by the smile on her face she was concentrating on working and not worrying too much about her cheating ex, which is just as well as the gorgeous brights of shocking pinks and turquoise are enough to cheer anyone up!
The group, who were all wearing an item of clothing from Christina’s new collection, partied at a beachside house at the launch, where Christina, who seemed positively delighted with the outcome of her hard work, was seen to tweet a message to her fans, ‘It was a great outcome today, thanks to everyone for coming out to support.’
Christina debuted her first Havana Nights’ collection for Nicolita Swimwear earlier this year. This collection is said to be inspired by showbiz poolside parties, and features a vintage cool Forties Cuban style vibe, with bandeau tops in gem hues, high rise bikini bottoms to cover your modesty and halter neck designs.
From pink to leopard print, with chains and plaited embellishment, there really is something here for everyone.
