Adele Due to give Birth in Two Months!
Pop singer Adele, 24, may have announced her pregnancy to her fans on June 30th, but it can be revealed that she will actually give birth in only two months time! The expectant mother has kept the happy news under wraps for over six months and only told press and fans on her blog on her very own website that she was expecting last month. Most ladies who are in the family way cannot wait to let people know the good news but it seems that Adele wanted to do things her own way and keep it private. This will be the award-winning singers first pregnancy with boyfriend Simon Knoecki, 36, who already has a five-year-old daughter with his ex-wife Clary Fisher.
The singer is due to have her baby in September, and this means that she must have been six months pregnant at the time she was winning awards at the Billboards Awards in the US. And it seems that the signs were already in place that she was pregnant as although she won 12 gongs for her music, she did not fly over to collect them. Also, at the Ivor Novello Awards in London, only a week later, she arrived very late in a loose fitting dress and the normally talkative Adele refused to speak to any press or media or pose for any photographs. A source for Heat magazine said, “Adele has barely left the house in recent months, so she could keep this to herself for as long as possible. She stopped exercising a few months ago, and since then it’s been all about the baby.”
The official announcement came on Adele’s website and simply said, ‘I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon. Yours always, Adele.’ A spokesman for the star said he had ‘no more information’ on Adele’s pregnancy. Earlier in the year there was speculation as to whether Adele would give up making music because of her relationship with her boyfriend Knoecki after the couple started dating last summer and moved in together earlier this year. Wonderful news for the happy couple!
