Jean Paul Gaultier Designs New ‘Tattoo’ Bottles for Coca-Cola

Some people love them, others call them ‘tramp stamps’. Fern Britton has a butterfly on her belly as do I so I am a fan of tattoos, and if ladies want to flaunt theirs at Royal Ascot well why not? Now that Wimbledon has offically started we are seeing more and more and what with the latest creations from Jean Paul Gaultier, who has joined forces with Coca-Cola, we are even seeing them on fizzy drinks bottles.
Jean Paul Gaultier has been appointed the creative director of Diet Coke, and has released the highly sought and limited edition third design in a set of three Tattoo bottles. The limited edition Tattoo bottles are for the new ‘Light’ Coca-Cola and have been named ‘Day’ and ‘Night’ by Mr Gaultier. The Day Tattoo bottle feature the famous Breton stripes that Jean Paul has become associated with whilst the Night Tattoo bottle has the conical corset of Madonna on it, as she wore it for her 1990 Blonde Ambition tour.

The last tattoo bottle showcases a saucy tattoo in the shape of a corset, similar to the Night version. This new tattoo bottle will be available in Europe starting this month with a campaign shot by the famous French photographer and director – Stephane Sednaoui. Stephane Sednaoui is famous for directing videos for Madonna, U2, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Massive Attack, Kylie Minogue and Björk.
